Our Acclarity team quickly stepped in to bring the accounting function up to date, establish more effective processes, and support the hiring of a new accounting manager. By coming on-site, we were able to hit the ground running—managing payables, deposits, payroll, and financial reporting without delay. While catching up on transaction processing, we resolved vendor issues, corrected receivables balances, and performed a full balance sheet clean-up. During this process, we identified that cash flow issues were largely due to unauthorized spending. To address this, we streamlined workflows and clarified roles and responsibilities to ensure proper segregation of duties. We also helped draft the job description, supported the interview process, and guided the hiring of a new accounting manager.
