Carlos holds a Bachelor of Science from Penn State University and brings extensive experience from senior roles at HighRadius and PTC, where he led global consulting, business development, and complex SaaS solution delivery. A proven leader in building high-performance teams, Carlos is deeply committed to innovation, operational excellence, and empowering organizations to thrive in a rapidly evolving business landscape. T.J. is the Chief Financial Officer at Acclarity, leveraging his extensive background in investment management, transaction advisory, and financial strategy to drive the firm’s financial success. Prior to joining Acclarity, he was with Pine Tree Equity, Acclarity’s investment partner, where he played a key role in financial oversight and strategic growth initiatives.

T.J. began his career as an auditor at Deloitte & Touche, serving clients in the investment management industry before transitioning to Transaction Advisory Services. His expertise in financial analysis, deal structuring, and operational efficiencies strengthens Acclarity’s ability to deliver value-driven solutions to clients. He holds a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Colorado, Boulder. T.J. is both a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Certified Public Accountant, bringing a well-rounded financial perspective to Acclarity’s leadership team.

Sofi Wade is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Acclarity leading the firm’s people function with a focus on fostering a dynamic, high-performing culture. Since joining in June 2024, Sofi has played a key role in shaping talent strategies that drive exceptional results, ensuring Acclarity attracts, develops, and retains top-tier talent. Her leadership spans recruiting, HR operations, and communications, promoting alignment and collaboration across the firm.

With a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Florida and an SHRM-SCP certification, Sofi brings expertise from Fortune 150 companies like Target and Lennar. A culture builder and change maker, she is passionate about leadership development, organizational design, and empowering teams while maintaining a sharp focus on business objectives. Through her strategic vision, Sofi strengthens Acclarity’s commitment to excellence and innovation in every aspect of its people strategy.

Lisa Fox is a Senior Managing Director at Acclarity, leveraging over 30 years of experience in solving complex finance and accounting challenges through both advisory and operational leadership. Lisa has a proven track record of driving results by leading people, optimizing processes, and navigating organizational change. Her expertise spans US GAAP, SEC and private company reporting, business process transformation and automation, M&A, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.

Lisa has held key leadership roles, including Assurance Partner at Ernst & Young (EY), various roles at Arthur Andersen, and Chief Accounting Officer for a major construction and engineering services provider. Lisa serves both domestic and multi-national companies including publicly registered and privately held companies.  With experience across private equity, manufacturing, transportation, retail, and healthcare & life sciences, Lisa plays a vital role in ensuring Acclarity’s financial integrity and success.

Tracey Holecek is a Senior Managing Director at Acclarity and a seasoned CPA with over 25 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and finance. A dynamic leader, she collaborates with stakeholders on strategic initiatives, delivers tailored solutions that drive client success, and empowers teams to excel. Her diverse background spans Big Four public accounting and private industry, with experience ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies, making her a trusted advisor to businesses of all sizes.

Tracey began her career at Ernst & Young (EY) before moving to KeyCorp Management Company. She then leveraged her expertise in consulting, providing accounting and audit services to business owners and senior executives. Her leadership trajectory led her to an Office Managing Partner role at an accounting consulting firm, where she drove the firm’s strategic vision, oversaw operations, and cultivated an award-winning culture of excellence. As a market lead, Tracey strengthens Acclarity’s commitment to quality client service, team development and strategic growth.

Michele Himes is a Senior Managing Director at Acclarity. Michele is a seasoned CPA with more than 25 years of experience in audit, accounting, and consulting. She has advised organizations on best practices in internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, and process improvement. Her expertise spans managing Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, outsourced accounting, and business consulting projects across various industries.

Michele began her career at Deloitte & Touche in Columbus, Ohio, performing audits for SEC and privately held companies across multiple industries. She later transitioned to private industry, holding roles such as Accounting Manager, SEC Financial Reporting Manager, and Controller. Michele’s leadership extends beyond technical expertise—she is deeply invested in building strong client and team relationships. She has played a key role in recruiting, training, and developing talent while collaborating to implement standardized best practices and quality control for outsourced accounting services. Through her market leadership, Michele enhances Acclarity’s ability to deliver high-quality financial solutions to our clients.

Susan Crisci is a Senior Managing Director at Acclarity. Susan is a results-driven finance and operations executive with more than 25 years of experience leading organizations through revenue growth, profitability, and strategic transformation. She specializes in financial strategies, risk management, buy-side and sell-side transactions, capital raises, and business turnarounds. With expertise spanning pre-revenue startups to $100M+ enterprises, she has a proven track record of optimizing sales, streamlining workflows, and identifying new revenue opportunities.

Susan has played a pivotal role as a Consulting CFO, guiding clients through complex financial landscapes while leading the client delivery team to ensure exceptional service, propelling her into leadership as a Chief Delivery Officer, and further into market leadership. Susan’s strong client relationships and commitment to operational excellence continue to drive Acclarity’s mission of empowering businesses with forward-thinking financial solutions.
