Thomas (T.J.) Wilcop

T.J. is the Chief Financial Officer at Acclarity, leveraging his extensive background in investment management, transaction advisory, and financial strategy to drive the firm’s financial success. Prior to joining Acclarity, he was with Pine Tree Equity, Acclarity’s investment partner, where he played a key role in financial oversight and strategic growth initiatives.

T.J. began his career as an auditor at Deloitte & Touche, serving clients in the investment management industry before transitioning to Transaction Advisory Services. His expertise in financial analysis, deal structuring, and operational efficiencies strengthens Acclarity’s ability to deliver value-driven solutions to clients. He holds a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Colorado, Boulder. T.J. is both a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Certified Public Accountant, bringing a well-rounded financial perspective to Acclarity’s leadership team.
