Tiffany McGinnis

Tiffany McGinnis is an accounting professional with 20+ years of experience. She has expertise in US GAAP, Statutory and FERC reporting, system implementation, technical accounting research, process improvement, and general accounting.  As a trusted advisor, she utilizes her perceptive insights to proactively identify opportunities and deliver strategic solutions that help our clients overcome challenges and achieve their goals. Before joining Acclarity in 2018, Tiffany began her career in public accounting with KPMG and worked for 12 years in industry. Tiffany holds a Master of Public Accounting degree from West Virgina University and is a licensed CPA in Ohio.

Michelle Lindsey

Michelle is a highly skilled, versatile accounting professional with 30+ years of serving for-profit and non-profit organizations in various roles. Michelle is proficient in financials statement preparation, month-end and year-end closings, audit prep and all facets of day-to-day accounting.  As Client Service Lead, she uses her resourceful initiative, collaborative nature and solutions-oriented approach to develop new and maintain existing client relationships as she leads projects to successful completion.  Before joining Acclarity in 2019, Michelle held various roles for a property management company, a CPA firm and as Controller for a non-profit professional organization. Michelle holds a double Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Management from Franklin University. She also holds a Not-for-Profit 1 certification from the AICPA.
